Supporting Japan's Future in an Era of Multicultural Coexistence Through Global Talent Education

In today's society, where ICT continues to advance, the concept of 'national borders' is becoming obsolete, and the acquisition of talent across borders is progressing worldwide.

In Japan, where a serious population decrease is predicted, the presence of global talent is indispensable not only for conducting business with an eye on overseas markets but also as a measure against the declining labor force due to the aging population and low birthrate. Consequently, globalization within Japan is expected to accelerate as the utilization of foreign labor is considered.

Leveraging nearly half a century of experience and know-how in language education, our company will continue to provide training for corporate personnel development and support ICT English education in schools through ALTs and online English conversation services. Additionally, we will contribute to providing educational opportunities for global talent development by supporting those who wish to study abroad.

Furthermore, we will continue to provide Japanese language education to facilitate the smooth acceptance of the increasing number of foreign workers in Japan, promote a society that flourishes through multicultural coexistence, and will collaborate with the in-house department handling inbound business to create synergies and make a lasting impact on the market.
